Typical Floor plan

Redesign of an existing 5 star hotel in Mykonos - Within a Mediterranean garden adorned with prickly pears, feather grasses, lavenders, and sea views, we design spaces that celebrate island simplicity: the golden light and earth of Mykonos, water as a vital element with its shimmering reflections, and tranquility. The design provides hotel guests with an experience that awakens their senses, allowing them to see, hear, taste, and touch—essentially, to feel—the earth, sea, and air. The renovation encompassed the reception, lounge, dining areas, and pool—spaces that guests first encounter and which must embody the hotel's essence. The reception is designed to evoke the feeling of a "luxurious cave," with curves, warm materials, and non-form architecture, offering a sense of intimacy. The layout was revised to align with the modern traveler profile. An intermediate space, created in place of the old bathroom, houses a handwashing area where marble and water combine through layering, enhancing the sense of natural hospitality and Mediterranean permeability. Through the latticework, guests experience not only the visual but also the auditory and tactile sensations of nature. The pool is designed to "float" within the landscape, oriented toward the sea. Traditional sun loungers were replaced with cushions and modular sofas, creating a flexible space that blends relaxation with luxury.
